OUR "BEST TIRE PRICE" GUARANTEE
We will match any current, locally advertised price on tires. If you find a better price within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund you 200% of the price difference.* That’s our double–the–difference assurance that you’ll get the best price on tires in your area.
THE "30–DAY BUY & TRY" GUARANTEE
Certain Bridgestone and Firestone brand passenger and light truck tires – sold in sets of 4 or more tires through an authorized retailer – are covered by the "30–Day Buy & Try" Guarantee. If a retail customer is not completely satisfied with his/her eligible Bridgestone or Firestone brand tires, the tires can be returned to the location where they were originally purchased within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Original proof of purchase is required. The "30–Day Buy & Try" Guarantee applies only to full sets of tires (4 or more tires purchased together); return of less than a full set of tires will not be accepted.
Bridgestone and Firestone brand tires ineligible for the Buy & Try Guarantee:
- Winter tires (including Blizzak models)
- Run–Flat Tires (RFT) (NOTE: Potenza RE960AS RFT tires are also eligible.)
- Potenza RE–01R and Potenza RE–11R tires
- Original equipment tires on new vehicles
- "Temporary use" spare tires
Additional exclusions apply, as identified in the section "What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover".
THE "FIXED RIGHT" GUARANTEE
We promise that the services we perform will be fixed right the first time. If the automotive repair or service was performed improperly, then we will re–perform the service at no additional charge to you, during the established warranty period.
ON–TIME GUARANTEE
We understand how valuable your time is. If your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised, we will offer a 10% discount on your next purchase (discount cannot exceed $25.00) that is valid at any company–owned Tires Plus location. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service. This discount cannot be used to reduce outstanding debt.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Tires Plus, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you received or our nationwide limited warranty, please contact the Manager of the store you visited. You can also call Customer Retention toll–free at 800–440–4167.
*This guarantee extends to the Customer, within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, a refund of 200% of the difference between a competitor’s current, delivered non-sale price and the price of the same tire purchased from a Bridgestone company-owned store. Customer must provide a current, local advertisement. This guarantee excludes wholesale, clearances, closeouts, catalogs and rebate prices. Excludes our Buy 3, Get 1 Free offer when compared to a competitor's individual tire price. Can be compared to competitor's Buy 3, Get 1 offer. The retailer must be an authorized reseller of the product and selling it through their own, non-auction channel. This refund is not to be combined with any other offer or used to reduce outstanding debt.
